ORDERS
Yes, we are happy to offer refunds if notified within 14 days of receiving your items. Please refer to our full returns policy here.
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to request a refund and then re-order the item that you require.
Due to high demand on many of our garments, we advise that you re-purchase your preferred item to ensure availability. You can then send the original back for a refund. We recommend this approach as we cannot guarantee that the stock you have requested will still be available by the time we have received and processed your return.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will automatically receive a shipping notification via email containing an Australia Post tracking number. Occasionally the email may be delivered to your spam/junk folders, please ensure you check.
You can email us if you are unable to locate your tracking information via our Contact Us page.
We may be able to change or cancel your order provided that you notify us via email within 2 hours of placing the order, and prior to the order being dispatched by the warehouse.
If the order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to change or cancel the order. Customers will have to wait to receive the order and then request a refund.
All items returned must be in accordance with our Return Policy.
If your order has been cancelled by S+S, you will be immediately refunded and will receive an email confirmation informing you of the cancellation.
Unfortunately, orders placed during busy sale/promo periods cannot be cancelled once placed.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us ASAP via email hello@saltandsodadesign.com.au
Include your order number, a photo and description of the fault. We will assess and either arrange a replacement or refund.
We will cover the cost of postage for the return of faulty items.
If you have received an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt via email hello@saltandsodadesign.com.au
Include your order number and state what was missing/incorrect in your delivery. We’ll rectify this as quickly as possible.

- FREE standard shipping on all Australian domestic orders when you spend over $150.
- $10 Flat Rate Standard shipping.
- $15 Flat Rate Express Post.
- International shipping costs vary according to weight & location. Pricing will automatically added at check out.

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes & customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.
These duties & taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees
