We believe in the slow fashion movement, partnering families not factories, only use natural fibres, produce in small batches & always make sustainability a priority.

We proudly promote ethical trading practises with a focus on families not factories. We strongly believe in a movement away from mass production, striving to provide products & services that consider both quality & sustainability.

Four beautiful Balinese families carefully craft our designs, lovingly specialising in pattern making, fabric dying & manufacturing.

OUR JOURNEY

The Salt + Soda journey began in 2014, founded by the fabulous mother & daughter duo Jo & Belle. S+S was born from their deep love for design & fashion.

With 10 years of continued success, fast forward to 2024 & S+S has had a new beginning. Retiring to enjoy quality family time, Jo & Belle sold the business to fellow Ocean Grove local Jocey Davidson.

Jocey is no stranger to fashion, having studied & worked in the industry for more than 30 years. A passionate & talented woman with extensive experience in many facets of the industry, including design, manufacturing, wholesale, & retail. Product & design is her forte, she looks forward to continuing with the Salt + Soda legacy.
